Greater Cairo and Alexandria usually arrive in 2 to 3 days; other governorates in 3 to 5 days. Shipping fees depend on your governorate and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm, so there are never surprises.

You have 14 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. Just message us and we arrange the pickup. Once we receive it, we refund your money or swap it, whichever you prefer. Opened cosmetics can only be returned if they arrived damaged or wrong.
