Returns & Refunds

You can return any unused item in its original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or through the site and we will arrange a free pickup. Once we receive and check the item, we issue a full refund or an exchange, whichever you choose. For hygiene reasons, opened makeup, skincare and beauty tools can only be returned if they arrived damaged, expired, or different from what you ordered. Shipping fees on non-faulty returns are the only cost you may carry.
